Phyllis Flewellen Wroten, age 69, of Bigelow, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, January 24, 2018. She was born August 8, 1948 in Perryville, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Ernest Flewellen and Clora Cobb Flewellen. She was a former clerk with the City of Perryville Water Department. She also served with her husband in ministry to the community through Perryville Assembly of God for over twenty seven years until retirement.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Buddy Wroten of Bigelow; mother, Clora Cobb Flewellen of Perryville; sons, Bart (Charina) Wroten; Brad (Brandi) Wroten; daughter, Candi (Kevin) West all of Bigelow; grandchildren, Bryce (Gabrielle) Wroten, Kristen Wroten, Adrienne West and Shayla West; sisters, Sue Williams and Pat May both of Perryville, and three nieces.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, at Perryville First Assembly of God with Rev. Paul Grigsby and Rev. Rocky Shelton officiating. Burial will be at May Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service.
